All tennis programs follow the guide lines set out by Tennis Canada and are
taught by a certified instructor.
Adult lessons are only available to RPTA members .. ages 16 and over
Lessons should be booked early to avoid disappointment.
Objectives
Overall : to provide programs to improve members tennis capabilities and enjoyment
1) Beginner : level 1 2.0 ( Tennis Canada Rating System )
: students will learn correct stroke techniques for forehand , backhand, service
volley and overhead.
: to learn the rules and regulations for singles and doubles
: to learn proper court etiquette
2) Intermediate : level 2.5 4.0 ( Tennis Canada Rating System )
: to attain advanced stroke techniques
: to perform drills to improve tactical abilities
3) Special : If you miss a lesson, you can replace it later in the season.
Registration
1) You must register for the club membership and lessons through the website
2) If you wish to take lessons .. enter the class # of lessons you wish to take in the lesson box
3) Through registration you will receive a validation sheet which will specify the amount owed for registration.
4) You will pay for the lessons directly to the instructor on the first class
