Action Plus 2000 Inc. Software Contract Full
Package
(
Your Company or Club ) has agreed to lease the “ Club
Membership”
software
package from Action Plus 2000 Inc. All
database software is owned
and
supported by Action Plus 2000 Inc., sharing or reselling is prohibited.
All
data and promotional web pages are the property of ( Your Company or Club
)l.
(
Your Company or Club ) will
pay an annual lease fee of $ ???.?? ( normally $300 )
plus
taxes for 12 months term . This price will be held for a period of two consecutive
12 month terms
Universal
modifications made to the standard package
which
is the “ West Island Badminton Club” will be offered to ( Your Company or
Club ) free of charge.
The
initial set up will provide two web pages of promotional information , the administrative
menu
/ reports / Email and database
backbone. The promotional web page can have up to six links to
user
supplied pages. ( i.e. schedules, lessons, additional information. The
Promotional page
cannot
be longer than two 8.5 X 11.5 pages printed.
Upon
renewal ( Your Company or Club ) will receive 1 hours of free
modification
time which can be spread out during the
12-month period but not be carried over or transferred to the
next
lease period..
Action
Plus 2000 Inc. will try to link special mods with other clubs to reduce cost (
group cost ).
If
other clubs asks for a mod exclusively paid for by ( Your Company or Club
) then you will be offered a rebate for time saving that will not
exceed your original price paid.
Special
modifications required by ( Your
Company or Club ) will be charged at
a
rate of $40 / hr. Minimum billing
charge for any work is 15 minutes.
Action
Plus 2000 Inc. will ensure that all software programs function correctly and
that
the database is secure. ( Your Company or Club ) webpages
and
database is maintained by a very competent and successful web
hosting
company. Down time of the website’s host server is the responsibility of Pac
Online and
not
Action Plus 2000 Inc. Action Plus 2000 Inc. will take action should a server
problem occur.
Advertisement : This package is priced low for non-profit organizations. Any profit derived
from advertisement by commercial organizations on your site must be
approved by Action Plus 2000 Inc. Since Action
Plus 2000 Inc. markets
( Your Company or Club ) , there will be a negiotated fee for this type of service.
All associations index ( main ) web page will contain a link to the Action Plus 2000 Inc.
“Business Club”. The Business club contains commercial partners of Action Plus 2000 Inc.
who offer quality services to the general public. This link is considered part of the compensation
to Action Plus 2000 Inc. for use of the “ Club Registration Package”.
Payments.
Initial
payment will 50% at project conception and 50% once the installation is
completed. The time lag should be approximately 3 days from start to finish
for the basic package. Modified packages could run a longer time lag.
